Great Company
The Invicta Great Company is the exhibition and support arm of the club. For those who don't want to attend tournaments, but want to improve their skills, the Invicta Great Company might be the home for you.
The Invicta Great Company (IGC) is currently working to establish itself within the re-enactment and living history scene to provide a place for exhibition fighting and training to take place.
We utilise steel weapons and wooden staves to exhibit our fighting and duelling style, but don't aim to attend Great Company events to win medals. We're there to push ourselves and ensure that we're getting the best out of our time in the list.
The Great Company attends events such as music festivals, places such as castles and cathedrals, and smaller fayres and fetes around the South East. At such events you'll not only see us fighting, but working the crowd, offering you our helmets to test and giving you an insight into the sport before you sign up to join us!
